Add a File Extension List

You are here: Configure > Security Services > UTM > Custom Objects.

Procedure

To add a file extension list:

Click the File Extension List tab.
Click the add icon (+) on the upper right side of the File Extension List tab.
The Add File Extension List page appears.
Complete the configuration according to the guidelines provided in Table 245.
Click OK to save the changes. If you want to discard your changes, click Cancel.

Name

Enter a name for the file extension list.

You can use a string beginning with a letter or underscore and consisting of alphanumeric characters, special characters such as dashes and underscores. The maximum length is 29 characters.

Value

Select values from the list in the Available column to associate it with the file extension name and then click the right arrow to move it to the Selected column.
