    VPN Address Exchange Overview

To limit the exchange of routes to those from within the VPN-IPv4 address family, and to set other desired BGP parameters:

    1. Specify that the router exchanges addresses within a VPN by choosing the VPN-IPv4 address family.
    2. Specify individual neighbors or peer groups to exchange routes with from only within the current (VPN-IPv4) address family.
    3. Configure BGP parameters for VPN services.

See Unresolved xref, for information about configuring BGP sessions. The section Unresolved xref has tables that list BGP commands according to their scope. From Address Family Configuration mode, you can issue the commands in Unresolved xref and Unresolved xref.

    4. Exit Address Family Configuration mode.
