Command introduced before JUNOS Release 7.4.

Description

Set the data and time.

Options

date-time — Date and time. Enter this string inside quotation marks.

ntp — Use a Network Time Protocol (NTP) server to synchronize the current date and time setting on the router.

ntp-server — (Optional) Specify the IP address of one or more NTP servers.

source-address source-address — (Optional) Specify the source address that is used by the router to contact the remote NTP server.
