Command introduced in JUNOS Release 8.0.

Description

(M120 and MX Series routers only) Control the operation of the specified fabric plane.

Options

offline — Take the fabric plane offline. Use the request chassis fabric plane plane-number offline command to clear a FAULT state on a fabric plane. To bring the fabric plane back online, use the request chassis fabric plane plane-number online command.

online — Bring the fabric plane online.

plane plane-number — Fabric plane slot number. For the M120 router, replace plane-number with a value from 0 through 3. For the MX480 and MX240 routers, replace plane-number with a value from 0 through 7. For the MX960 router, replace plane-number with a value from 0 through 5.
