Description
For EQ DPC interfaces, base the delay-buffer calculation on a delay-buffer rate.
Default
If you do not include this statement, the delay-buffer calculation is based on the guaranteed rate if one is configured, or the shaping rate if no guaranteed rate is configured.
Options

rate—For EQ DPC interfaces, delay-buffer rate, in bits per second (bps). You can specify a value in bits per second either as a complete decimal number or as a decimal number followed by the abbreviation k (1000), m (1,000,000), or g (1,000,000,000).
- Range: 1000 through 160,000,000,000 bps

$junos-cos-delay-buffer-rate—JUNOS predefined variable that is replaced with the delay-buffer rate obtained from the RADIUS server when a subscriber authenticates over the subscriber interface to which the subscriber access dynamic profile is attached.
