topic entries, and an index of statements and commands only.
In the index of statements and commands, an entry
refers to a statement summary section only. In the complete index,
the entry for a configuration statement or command contains at least
two parts:
The primary entry refers to the statement summary section.
The secondary entry, usage guidelines, refers to the section
in a configuration guidelines chapter that describes how to use the
statement or command.
