Enabling PPP Subscriber Services for Static Non-Ethernet Interfaces
You can enable PPP subscriber services for certain non-Ethernet interface types on particular associated PICs. Supported interfaces are listed in Hardware Requirements for PPP Subscriber Services on Non-Ethernet Interfaces.
To enable PPP subscriber services on supported non-Ethernet interfaces:
- Configure PPP subscriber services. [edit chassis]user@host# set ppp-subscriber-services enable
To disable PPP subscriber services on supported non-Ethernet interfaces:
- Disable PPP subscriber services. [edit chassis]user@host# set ppp-subscriber-services disable
