Enabling Immediate Interim Accounting Messages

To enable an immediate interim accounting message:

Create a profile and assign a name to it.
[edit access]user@host# edit profile profile1
Under accounting, specify the address-change-immediate-update option.
[edit access profile profile1]user@host# edit accountinguser@host# set address-change-immediate-update
