Statement introduced in Junos OS Release 13.1.
Description
Enable sending the receive connect speed, which is represented by AVP 38, even when its value is equal to that of the transmit connect speed, which is represented by AVP 24. By default, AVP 38 is sent from the LAC to the LNS during the establishment of an L2TP tunnel session, only when its value is different from AVP 24. You can override the default setting with this configuration statement.
