    file show

    Syntax

    file show filename<encoding (base64 | raw)>

    Release Information

    Command introduced before Junos OS Release 7.4.

    Command introduced in Junos OS Release 9.0 for EX Series switches.

    Command introduced in Junos OS Release 11.1 for the QFX Series.

    Description

    Display the contents of a file.

    Options

    filename

    Name of a file. For a routing matrix, the filename must include the chassis information.

    encoding (base64 | raw)

    (Optional) Encode file contents with base64 encoding or show raw text.
