Statement introduced in Junos OS Release 9.2.

Description

Configure Ethernet redundancy options for a chassis cluster.

In a chassis cluster setup, a redundant Ethernet interface is a pseudointerface that includes at minimum one physical interface from each node of the cluster.

A reth is a special type of interface that has the characteristics of aggregated Ethernet interface.

Options

flow-controlEnable flow control.
link-speedLink speed of individual interface that joins the reth interface.

Values:

  • 100m—Links are 100 Mbps

  • 10g—Links are 10 Gbps

  • 10m—Links are 10 Mbps

  • 1g—Links are 1Gbps

loopbackEnable loopback.
minimum-linksMinimum number of active links.

Default: 1

Range: 1-8

no-flow-controlDo not enable flow control.
no-loopbackDo not enable loopback.
no-source-filteringDo not enable source address filtering.
redundancy-groupRedundancy group of this interface.

Range: 1-128

source-filteringEnable source address filtering.
