Uploading the Signature Database Configuration from a File System

 

You can upload the signature database if you do not have a latest version of the database updates. You can get the lastest version of the database file at: https://services.netscreen.com/space/2/latest/latest-space-update.zip.

To upload the signature database:

  1. Select Administration> Signature Database.
  2. Click Upload From File System.
  3. Browse and select the attack bundle, which consists of the latest signature versions available at the time.
  4. Click Upload to upload the signature to Security Director.

Once the upload is completed, you can install the latest signature file version on to a device.
