    The error descriptions and the supported APIs for the various error scenarios are given as follows:

    JNPRWARN-1002: Product details like series and platform could not be determined from the information supplied in the Trouble Ticket. So an admin trouble ticket is created in Juniper System and assigned to Juniper Customer Care who is soon going to contact you to obtain relevant details before the Trouble Ticket can be assigned to the right Technical Engineer to troubleshoot the problem.
