    Monitoring Customers, Sites, and Services in the Service Provider Customer Dashboard

    The customer dashboard in the service provider workspace enables you to view statistics for all of your cCPE sites, access links, and services.

    Note: You can only display counters, charts, and graphs for services that are configured for the site and access link. The counters, charts, and graphs that are displayed in the dashboard vary depending on what services are running for the selected site and access link.

    To view your cCPE customers, sites, and services through the service provider customer dashboard:

    1. In the Selfcare Portal task pane, select Monitoring > Customer Dashboard.

      The Customer Dashboard page is displayed. Figure 1 shows an example of the customer dashboard page.

    2. From the Customer Selection list, select the customer you want to view.

      The Services for Sites group box is updated with a list of sites and services configured for the selected customer.

      Note: The presence of a green check mark indicates the service is configured for the site or access link. If no green check mark is displayed, the service is not configured for the site or access link.

    3. From the Site Selection list, select the site you want to view.
    4. From the Access Link Selection list, select the access link you want to view.

      If DHCP services are configured for the access link, the DHCP server pool usage group box is updated with statistics for the selected site and access link.
