    Disabling Contrail-Based Virtual CPE Services

This topic is intended for cCPE business customer network administrators.

This topic describes how to disable Contrail-based virtual CPE services using the SDN capabilities in the cCPE Selfcare Portal.

To disable a Contrail-based virtual CPE service in the Selfcare Portal:

    1. In the Selfcare Portal task pane, select Administration > Service Management.
    2. Select the Services tab.

The Service Management page is displayed showing the list of available virtual services your cCPE service provider has configured. Figure 1 shows an example Service Management with a virtual service named Firewall Service.

    3. To disable a particular virtual service, deselect the check box next to the service.

Note: Be patient. Disabling virtual services in Contrail takes time because it involves not only the disabling of network and policy objects but also deactivating the virtual machine instances.
