    Deleting a Public IP Address Pool

    This topic describes how to delete a public IP address pools using the Selfcare Portal. Public IP address pools are used by cCPE customers for services such as NAT and firewall. This topic is intended for service providers.

    Note: Only service providers can delete an IP address pool.

    To delete an IP address pool, you must delete all IP addresses that are currently allocated from the pool. If any IP addresses are currently allocated from the pool, you cannot delete the pool. It is only necessary to delete the allocated addresses in the pool. It is not necessary to delete addresses that are not currently allocated from the pool.

    To delete a public IP address pool:

    1. In the Selfcare Portal task pane, select Administration > Resource Management.
    2. Select the Public Addresses tab.

      The Public Addresses page appears.

    3. In the Name/Description group box, select the name of the address pool you want to delete.
    4. Select the Delete (-) icon.

      The pool name is deleted.

    5. Select Update to save your changes.
