    Understanding How to Import and Delete Customers

    If you use Junos Space Network Management Platform Services Activation Director to provision your MX Series routers, you can import the network topology into cCPE Selfcare Application using the Import Customer task in the Customer Management task group. Customers, sites, and access links are created in cCPE Selfcare Application based on the information imported from Services Activation Director. Figure 1 shows an example of the Import Customer page.

    To import the customer topology from Services Activation Director, you need to specify the customer ID, which is used by Services Activation Director to identify the VPN.

    If you do not use Services Activation Director to provision your MX Series routers, you can use cCPE Selfcare Application to provision cCPE services.

    You can perform the actions listed in Table 1 from the Import Customer page:

    Refresh icon

    To refresh the list of customers displayed in the Import Customers page, select Refresh.

    Delete icon

    To delete a customer from the Import Customers page, select the customer and then select Delete.

    Import Customer icon

    To import a customer from Services Activation Director to cCPE Selfcare Application, select the customer and then select Import Customer.

    Import All Customers icon

    To import all customers from Services Activation Director to cCPE Selfcare Application, select Import All Customers.
