    Importing Customers from the Services Activation Director Application to the Cloud CPE Selfcare Application for MX Series Routers

    This topic describe how to import customers from the Junos Space Network Management Platform Services Activation Director application to the cCPE Selfcare application.

    Before you can import customers to the cCPE Selfcare application, configure the customers in the Services Activation Director application. For information on the Services Activation Director application, see Services Activation Director.

    Service providers can import a single customer or all customers from the Services Activation Director application to the cCPE Selfcare application.

    To import customers from the Services Activation Director application to the cCPE Selfcare application:

    1. In the Applications field of the Junos Space Network Management Platform, select Selfcare Portal.
    2. In the Selfcare portal, select Administration > Customer Management > Import Customers.

      The Import Customers dialog box is displayed showing a list of customers you can import.

      Note: If the Import Customers dialog box does not display a list of customers available for importing, try clicking the Refresh List from Network Activate button.

    3. Import a single customer or all customers.
      • To import a single customer:
        1. From the Import Customers dialog box, select the customer you want to import.
        2. Click the Import Selected Customers into Selfcare button.
        3. Select Administration > Customer Management.

          The Customer Management page is displayed showing the newly imported customer.

      • To import all customers:
        1. From the Import Customers dialog box, select the customer you want to import.
        2. Click the Import All Customers into Selfcare button.
        3. Select Administration > Customer Management.

          The Customer Management page is displayed showing the newly imported customers.
