type unreadable

Mode: Configuration Mode

Description:

The unreadable type are entered into CLI as strings, encoded in display in place of plain-text values (especially useful for passwords and authentication-keys).

It is usually accompanied by 'flag secret'.

Example:

        object newbie {
            help "Newbie settings";

            attribute secret-key {
                help "Secret message key";
                type unreadable;
                flag secret;
            }
        }

Display:

        user@router# set example newbie secret-key ?
        Possible completions:
          <secret-key>         Secret message key
        [edit]
        user@router# set example newbie secret-key "I am Newbie"  

        [edit]
        user@router# show example 
        newbie {
            secret-key "$9$3v/o6Cpu0BIRS36/CpBhcKM87wgaJDikPxN"; ## SECRET-DATA
