    Description

    Specify the maximum bit rate (MBR) for each traffic class allowed. A bearer request that specifies a higher MBR than the configured value is downgraded by default. Optionally, you can configure the broadband gateway to allow bearers with a lower MBR than the configured value to be upgraded or rejected. You can configure different maximum bit rates for uplink and downlink traffic.
