Release Information
Statement introduced in Junos OS Mobility Release 11.2W.
Description
The Local-Record-Sequence-Number (LRSN) is a sequence number used by the billing system to identify records from a charging record generation node (GGSN or P-GW). It also assists in detecting missing charging records from a P-GW (by using a combination of P-GW IP address + Node ID IE + LRSN IE in the CDR).
This number is allocated sequentially for each CDR (for all CDR types) by the record generating node (GGSN or P-GW) and is unique within one node.
For the locally-unique configuration, the LRSN is generated
locally by the Service PIC and it is unique for the Charging Data
Records (CDRs) generated by that Service PIC.
Any modification to the existing configuration of this attribute
must be done only when the gateway is under active maintenance mode.
Use the following command to bring the gateway under maintenance mode:
set unified-edge gateways ggsn-pgw gateway-name service-mode maintenance
