Modifying CTPView User Group Affiliation (CTPView)
CTPView users are assigned to a group when created. Typically, groups are used to group users that share a common set of user properties. However, shared properties are not a requirement. If desired, user groups can simply label a set of users without regard to their individual user properties.
Note:
Changing a user’s group affiliation does not alter the user’s current properties.
To modify CTPView user properties:
- From the Admin Center, select Users > Modify User’s Group Affiliation.
- Select a username from the list to display the user’s current group affiliation.
- Select a new group from the list.
- Click Update Group.
