Verifying the CTPView Server OS Installation (CTPView)

 

This topic describes how to determine whether the CTPView server OS installation or upgrade completed successfully.

To validate the system configuration:

  1. Log in to the CTPView GUI.
  2. In the side pane, select Server > Diagnostics.

    The System Information pane is displayed.

  3. In the System Vital section, verify that the following values match the information listed in the release notes or in Understanding CTPView Software Upgrade Files for the OS version that you installed.

    • Kernel Version

    • Distro Name (distribution name)

The kernel version and distribution name are also displayed in the heading on the CTPView Configuration Menu.
