Support is added for using CTPView to manage CTPOS 9.0. [PR 1343796]

CTPView 9.0R1 runs on an updated OS (CentOS 7.5.1804) which provides better security with improved resilience and robustness.
The following features are not supported in CTPView Release 9.0R1.
PBS and L2Agg features are not supported in CTPView 9.0R1 release. These features will be reintroduced in a future release. [PR 1409289]
VCOMP bundle and CESoPSN analog voice bundle features are not supported in CTPView 9.0R1 release. These features will be reintroduced in a future release. [PR 1409293]
Deprecated Apache cron jobs have been removed. [PR 1343265]
