Add a Protocol Endpoint
Use the Protocols page to add a new protocol, which you can specify as a source endpoint or destination endpoint in firewall filter terms.
To add a protocol:
- Select Configuration > Shared Objects > Protocols.
The Protocols page appears.
- Click the add icon (+) to add a new protocol.
The Add Protocol Endpoint page appears.
- Complete the configuration according to the guidelines
provided in Table 1.
Note Fields marked with * are mandatory.
- Click OK to save the changes. If you want to
discard your changes, click Cancel instead.
The new protocol is created. You are returned to the Protocols page where a confirmation message is displayed.
