About the Devices Page
To access this page, click Resources > Devices.
You can use the Devices page to view the list of all devices managed by Contrail Service Orchestration (CSO). You can also view information about each device in the network.
Tasks You Can Perform
You can perform the following tasks from this page:
Manage a CPE. See Manage a Single CPE Device.
Reboot a CPE device. See Rebooting a CPE Device.
Discover MIST access points (AP). Click Discover Connected APs to view the connected APs for the device in the integrated MIST portal. See Discover Mist Access Points.
Activate a device. See Manually Activating a Switch or Activating a CPE Device. You can also view detailed information about the device activation logs at More > Activation Logs. See Viewing the History of Tenant Device Activation Logs.
Push licenses to devices. Select the device and click Push License. See Pushing a License to Devices.
View stage-1 configuration. Click Stage-1 Config and copy or save the configuration and deploy it to a device. See Step 2 in Workflow for Onboarding a Device Using ZTP.
Perform Return Material Authorization (RMA) to replace a device that is faulty or not reachable. You can perform RMA for a single-CPE, dual-CPE, provider hub, enterprise hub, EX Series device, and next-generation firewall devices.

View details about a device. Click the Detail icon that appears when you hover over the row for a device or select a device and click More > Detail.
Install certificates on the site. See Installing and Uninstalling Certificates.
Ping a remote host from a device to identify connectivity issues. See Identifying Connectivity Issues by Using Ping.
Access the CLI of a device remotely. See Remotely Accessing a Device CLI.
Traceroute a remote host from a device to identify connectivity issues. See Identifying Connectivity Issues by Using Traceroute.
Show or hide columns about a device. Click the Show/Hide columns icon in the top right corner of the page and select columns that you want to view on the page.
Filter and sort the devices. Click a column name to sort the devices based on the column name.
Click the filter icon and select whether you want to show or hide column filters or apply a quick filter.
Sorting and filtering is applicable only to some fields.
Search for a device. Click the Search icon in the top right corner of the page to search for a specific device.
You can enter partial text or full text of the keyword in the text box and press Enter.
The search results are displayed on the same page.

Displays the name of the device.
Displays the name of the tenant.
Displays the name of the tenant site.
Displays the management status of the CPE devices deployed in the cloud.
Displays the name of the device model.
Displays the number of services that are activated for the device.
Displays whether the device is up or down.
Displays the name of the location.
Example: San Jose, CA
Displays the latest status message.
Example: IPsec provision success
Displays the number of WAN links.
Displays the name of the POP.
Displays the name of the device image file.
Displays the Junos OS Release version.
Displays the serial number of the device.
Displays the universally unique identifier (UUID) of the device.
