Creating URL Categories
Use this page to create URL categories. A URL category is a list of URL patterns grouped under a single title.
To create a URL category:
- Select Configuration > Unified Threat Mgmt > URL
Categories in Customer Portal.
The URL Categories page appears.
- Click the add icon (+) to create a URL category.
The Create URL Categories page is displayed.
- Complete the configuration according to the guidelines
provided in Table 1.
Note Fields marked with * are mandatory.
- Click OK.
A new URL category is created and you are returned to the URL Categories page.

Settings | Guidelines |

Name | Enter a unique name for the URL category. The name must begin with a letter or an underscore (_) and can contain alphanumeric characters and some special characters (_ -). The maximum length is 59 characters. |
Description | Enter a description for the URL pattern. The maximum length is 255 characters. |
URL Patterns | Select one or more URL patterns in the Available column and click the forward arrow to confirm your selection. The selected URL patterns are displayed in the Selected column. Alternatively, click Create a New Pattern to create a URL pattern and assign it to the URL category. The Create URL Patterns page appears.
