About the VPN Authentication Page
To access this page, select Administration >Certificate Management >VPN Authentication in Customer Portal.
Use this page to change the method of renewing public key infrastructure (PKI) certificates for a tenant, view PKI certificates for a specific site, update the CRL URL for a PKI certificate, renew a PKI certificate, and change the method of renewing a PKI certificate for a specific site.
Task You Can Perform
You can perform the following tasks from this page:
View information about the existing certificates. See Table 1.
Change the method of renewing public key infrastructure (PKI) certificates for a tenant by clicking the Change link.
You can change the default settings of the Auto Renew and Renew before expiry fields on the VPN Authentication page only if the Auto Renew toggle button for a tenant is enabled.
Update the CRL URL—Select a certificate and then select Update CRL URL. The Edit Tenant Certificate CRL page appears. Update the CRL URL and click OK.
Manually renew a certificate on a site—Select a certificate and then select Renew Certificate. The Confirm Renew Certificate page appears. Click Yes to manually renew the certificate.
Change the renewal method of a certificate on all sites in a tenant—Select a certificate and then select Change Renewal Method. Choose the renewal method (Set Auto Renew or Set Manual Renew). The Edit Certificate Renew Method page appears and click Yes to change the renewal method.
At the tenant-level if you have set the renewal method as Manual Renew, you cannot change the renewal method to Auto Renew at the site-level. That is, the renewal method can be changed at the site-level only if you have set the renewal method as Auto Renew at the tenant-level.

ID of the PKI certificate.
Displays the site name to which the PKI certificate is associated.
Displays the device name to which the PKI certificate is associated.
Displays the remaining time duration for the certificate to expire. For example, Less than 2 weeks before expiry.
Displays the expiry date of a PKI certificate along with the time.
Displays the renewal method of a PKI certificate.
