Accessing Customer Portal
To start Customer Portal:
- Obtain the following information from your service provider:
IP address for the Customer Portal host.
- Using a Web browser, access the URL for Customer Portal.
For example, if the IP address of the host on which Customer Portal resides is 192.0.2.1, the URL is https://192.0.2.1.
We recommend that you use Google Chrome Version 60 or later to access the Contrail Service Orchestration (CSO) GUIs.
- Log in with the credentials provided.
The Customer Portal Dashboard page appears and you can now start to activate sites.
From CSO Release 3.1 onward, the customer portal functionality has been enhanced to provide a richer user experience. The menu bar on the left-hand side of the every page allows you to access the different tasks easily. The top-level menu items are listed in Table 1.
