    Subslot Identifier Ranges

    The subslot identifier specifies where a component resides within a module. Depending on the module, the subslot can be a physical subslot or a logical subslot.

    UFM3

    This module consists of two BIC subslots:

    • BIC: 1, 2

    UFM4

    This module consists of two subslots corresponding to the 100G Coherent MSA XCVR and the BIC, respectively:

    • 100G Coherent MSA XCVR: 1
    • BIC: 2

    UFM6

    This module has a fixed configuration consisting of two logical subslots corresponding to the two port groups:

    • Port group 1: 1
    • Port group 2: 2

    ROADM2

    ILA

    These modules have a fixed configuration consisting of two logical subslots corresponding to the main module and the CFP2 module, respectively:

    • Main module (client and line): 0
    • CFP2 module: 1

    FMD96

    These modules have a fixed configuration with one logical subslot:

    • Main module (client and line): 0
