Clearing a FanSpeedLowTh Alarm

- Retrieve fan-speed information for the cooling modules
installed in the chassis:
show environment fanspeed
- Ensure that the ambient temperature is within the specified
range for chassis operation.
Note: See the BTI7800 Series Hardware Overview and Installation Guide for information about environmental site requirements.
- Check for and clear alarms raised against each PEM,
and then check for alarms on the cooling module.
- If the alarm has cleared, you have completed this procedure.
- If the alarm does not clear, go to the next step.
- Reseat the cooling module, and then check for alarms.
- If the alarm has cleared, you have completed this procedure.
- If the alarm does not clear, go to the next step.
- Replace the cooling module, and then check for alarms.
- If the alarm has cleared, you have completed this procedure.
- If the alarm does not clear, contact your next level of support.
