Sie können den TWAMP-Client automatisch ausführen, ohne dass ein manueller Eingriff bei Netzwerkausfällen oder Konfigurationsänderungen erforderlich ist. Im Falle eines Netzwerkausfalls oder Verbindungsverlustes zwischen einem TWAMP-Client und einem TWAMP-Server gehen alle betroffenen TWAMP-TCP-Kontrollverbindungen und UDP-Testsitzungen verloren. In jedem Testintervall sendet der TWAMP-Client weiterhin die Steuerpakete, um die Verbindung mit dem TWAMP-Server wiederherzustellen, bis dies erfolgreich ist. Alle Statistiken werden während dieses Netzwerkausfalls beibehalten.
Dieses Verfahren gilt nur für Junos OS. So konfigurieren Sie den TWAMP-Client:
