维护 MX304 空气过滤器
目的
为了获得最佳冷却效果,请验证空气过滤器的状况。
行动
定期检查空气过滤器。肮脏的空气过滤器会限制设备中的气流,从而对路由器通风产生负面影响,过滤器会随着时间的推移而退化。您必须每 6 个月更换一次。
谨慎:设备运行时始终将空气过滤器保持在适当的位置,更换期间除外。风扇非常强大,如果空气过滤器没有到位,可以将一小块电线或其他材料拉入设备。这些材料会损坏设备组件。
聚氨酯过滤器的保质期从两年到五年不等,具体取决于储存条件。存放在阴凉、干燥和黑暗的环境中。将介质包裹在塑料中,并存放在相对湿度在 40%-80% 之间、温度在 40°F (4°C) 至 90°F (32° C) 之间的环境中。请注意,如果材料在摩擦或变形时剥落或变脆,则不再可用。

卸下 MX304 风扇模块
安装 MX304 风扇模块
要安装风扇模块(请参阅 图 6):
- 将 ESD 接地腕带连接到裸露的手腕,然后将腕带连接到机箱上的一个 ESD 点。
- 抓住风扇模块的手柄,将一只手放在风扇模块下方进行支撑。
- 将风扇模块放在相应的插槽上,然后小心地将风扇模块推入机箱,直到插座锁卡入到位并固定住。
- 使用 2 号十字螺丝刀,转动风扇模块面板上的锁定螺钉,直至其拧紧并固定。
