装运硬件组件包装指南

要包装和运输单个组件：

  • 当您退回组件时，请确保它们受到包装材料的充分保护并包装好，以防止部件在纸箱内移动。

  • 如果可用，请使用原始运输材料。

  • 将单个组件放入防静电袋中。

  • 在包装盒外部写下 RMA 编号，以确保正确跟踪。

谨慎：

请勿堆叠任何硬件组件。

显示 MX2008 路由器组件和序列号

联系瞻博网络公司申请退回材料授权 （RMA） 之前，您必须找到路由器或组件上的序列号。要显示所有路由器组件及其序列号，请输入以下命令行界面 （CLI） 命令：

下面的示例输出显示了机箱硬件：

大多数组件在组件主体上还有一个小的矩形序列号 ID 标签（参见 图 1）。

如何将硬件组件退还给瞻博网络公司

如果硬件组件出现故障，您需要联系瞻博网络公司获取退货授权 （RMA） 编号。此编号用于跟踪工厂退回的材料，并根据需要将维修或新组件退还给客户。

注意：

请勿将任何组件退还给瞻博网络公司，除非您首先获得了 RMA 编号。瞻博网络公司保留拒绝没有 RMA 的货件的权利。被拒收的货物将通过代运费退还给客户。

要退回有问题的硬件组件：

  1. 确定有缺陷组件的部件号和序列号。
  2. 从瞻博网络技术援助中心 （JTAC） 获取 RMA 编号。您可以如上所述发送电子邮件或电话。
  3. 在电子邮件或电话呼叫中提供以下信息：

    • 部件的部件号和序列号

    • 您的姓名、组织名称、电话号码和传真号码

    • 故障说明

  4. 支持代表会验证您的请求，并发出 RMA 编号以退回组件。
  5. 包装组件以便装运。
