Customer ResourcesJuniper Networks has completed the integration of all of the Redline support tools, applications and content. You can access them in the Juniper Networks Customer support Center (CSC). Please note that Juniper Networks assigns individual user accounts as opposed to a single company account as was the case with Redline Networks --- therefore all users must register for CSC access. If you are a former Redline Support Customer or know of a colleague who has not already transitioned their account to the CSC, please do so now by contacting our Customer Care team. For Redline Support Portal to CSC account transition cases, have the following information available:
Juniper Networks will continue to keep the Redline Support Portal online for former Redline Support users but recommend that you use the CSC now to gain familiarity with it as on September 1, 2005, the Redline Support Portal will be retired.
