Enhanced Access to Certified JTAC Engineers for JNCIEs and JNCIPs
Individuals with JNCIE or JNCIP certification will receive special access to certified JTAC engineers on priority 1 and 2 cases for any product under an active support contract. This enhanced access is only available for products in that area of certification. With this privilege, you expedite your case resolution time by making the most of your certification knowledge while gaining quicker access to senior JTAC engineers.
You may initiate a case by contacting JTAC, either by phone or utilizing the CSC Case Manager tool. As part of the case logging process, any JNCIE or JNCIP is automatically identified by our system and routed directly to certified JTAC resources.
Lab Testing Worldwide
Professional and Expert level testing will be offered on a limited schedule. These dates fill up quickly, so register now. Visit the Exam Registration page and the JNTCP Practical Exams tab to complete the Lab Date Request form. Standard registration procedures and pricing ($1,250) apply.
