Demonstrate Your Competence with Juniper Networks Products
The Juniper Networks Technical Certification Program (JNTCP) consists of platform-specific, multitiered tracks that include both written proficiency exams and hands-on configuration and troubleshooting exams. Successful candidates demonstrate a thorough understanding of Internet and security technologies and competence configuring and troubleshooting Juniper Networks platforms.Education Services will be rolling out the new Junos curriculum and the corresponding certifications in phases in 2010. The curriculum and certifications include three tracks:
- Service Provider (switching and routing)
- Enterprise (switching and routing)
- Security
On August 6, 2010, the certification team released the first exam in the Service Provider track: the JN0-360 Juniper Networks Certified Internet Specialist – Service Provider (JNCIS-SP). The exam topics are based on the content of the Junos Intermediate Routing and the Junos Service Provider Switching courses.

New Exam Version
Retiring Exam Versions: JN0-202 and JN0-304 will be retired on December 31, 2010.
New Exam Versions: JN0-360 became available August 6, 2010, and replaces the JN0-304.
This new certification will replace the current JN0-304 Juniper Networks Certified Internet Specialist - M Series (JNCIS-M). The JNCIS-M will remain available at Prometric Testing Centers until December 31, 2010. If you currently hold a JNCIS-M certification, it will remain valid until your certification expires and you need to recertify. You can then recertify by taking the JNCIS-SP exam.

Certification Exam Price Changes
Effective March 1, 2010, the cost of the associate-level JNTCP exams will be lowered to $100 per certification. Take advantage of this low price to begin your certification track with Juniper Networks. At the same time, the price of our Specialist level JNTCP exams will be raised to $200 each to compensate for increasing program costs and to align more closely with industry-standard pricing. JNTCP lab exam prices (current JNCIP and JNCIE exams) will be raised to $1,400. New pricing will go into effect March 1, 2010.

Priority Case Escalation for Juniper Networks JNCIE customers
Juniper Networks Certified Internet Experts (JNCIEs) receive expedited responses on their P1 and P2 case escalations for any product under an active Juniper Networks Technical Services support contract. The customer can request priority escalation for service requests on products that fall in the area of certification achieved by the individual calling the JTAC.
