Resident Engineers - Design - are available for annual, onsite engagements and provide highly customized operational assistance to your organization. Our network operations engineers focus on all the technical aspects of your Juniper Networks products. Working daily with your staff, our operations engineers become familiar with your business processes and requirements, your network's configurations and challenges, and your staff's strengths and limitations. Thus, your Resident Engineer can help you avoid many network issues before they arise—and is prepared to help resolve network operation issues as quickly as possible if they do arise. The Resident Engineer also assists with deployment of Juniper Networks equipment, post-cutover activities, and day-to-day operations for larger networks.
