Juniper Network Responsibilities

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide Juniper with specific site address and contact information at least seven business days prior to survey, and provide special-access requirements
  • At least five business days prior to the survey, provide Juniper with the implementation plan that outlines the equipment to be installed, and provide unobstructed, continuous access to sites and systems required
  • If specific training or certification is required by installation teams to access any facility, notify Juniper prior to issuing the PO
  • Respond in a timely manner to any discrepancies found between the customer initial design document and the site survey report
  • After the site survey, sign off the completed work

Site assessment Juniper installation engineers assess the site, reviewing  power, fiber optic cables, data cables, risers, supports, premise wiring, racks, and equipment installation. Reduces ramp-up time and generates revenue sooner by delivering an accurate survey matched to your schedule and budget.

Site survey report

Juniper installation engineers provide final site survey deliverables based on the result of the site assessment including:

  • A site survey report
  • A document with a site specific listing of material items necessary to complete the installation (bill of materials – BOM) and results of the survey.
  • A fixed bid quote on all costs for engineering, materials, and installation work.
Leverages Juniper quality assurance process and experience to reduce risk of error and ensure accurate site data during equipment installation.
Project management input for Juniper service deliverables Juniper will assign a Professional Services Consultant who serves as a single point of contact to assist with the administration and management of Juniper service deliverables Reduces the risk to your project by engaging a Professional Services Consultant who will ensure that the Juniper service deliverables are delivered on time and as agreed.
