- Monitoring the function of the Juniper Networks devices after network implementation, and tuning configuration as required
- Tuning network implementation MOPs and testing plan documentation as required
- Participating in post-network implementation meeting to review the results of the network implementation
- Providing project management input for Juniper Networks service deliverables
- Delivering regular deliverables status updates to the customer’s project team
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide the required technical resource and information necessary for this network implementation service
- Identify a point of contact who is authorized to sign off on completed work
