Juniper Network responsibilities

Provide a Juniper Professional Services Consultant who will:

• Help deploy and configure the SA Series SSL VPN Appliance at the organization's operations center
• Provide onsite knowledge transfer
• Be available for 15 days of remote post-installation support
• Be part of a designated team that is available for follow-up questions during normal business hours as agreed upon in SOW

Customer responsibilities

• Complete the Resources Rules Matrix for the organization's environment
• Provide a designated project manager or point-of-contact to work with Juniper Networks on day-to-day issues and coordination of resources
• Provide external access to the Internet, internal access to the intranet, and access to the network equipment that the consultant will support
• Provide access to applications, databases, and appropriate technical resources essential for consultant to perform duties successfully
• Place and secure the equipment to be installed in the appropriate rack
• Provide all power and interface cabling to the equipment

Juniper Networks SSL Quick Start offers:

• Pre-qualification and recommendations that minimize the time and effort required to develop an installation plan and create configuration files, and accelerate deployment
• Juniper Professional Services engineer helps to reduce or eliminate the cost of debugging and fixing errors during deployment
• Knowledge transfer, which significantly shortens learning times, enhances the knowledge of the IT staff, and improves operational efficiencies and application performance
• 15 calendar days of post-installation support, which optimizes value of high-performance networking through software and configuration support
