Non-profit organizations and public sector jurisdictions are eligible to procure Juniper products and services off of the MICTA Juniper contract. Eligible entities include:

- Health Care
- Libraries
- State, county and municipal governments
- Non-Profit, religious and charitable organizations
MICTA was established in 1982 as a professional organization of telecommunications directors for public universities in Michigan and is now a national organization with over 4000 members. Member benefits include:
