Terms and Conditions

*Limited time offers through December 31, 2010. All Products mentioned in this Promotion must be purchased through an authorized Juniper Networks J-Partner. All savings amounts are calculated off of Juniper Networks' List Prices as of October 1, 2010. All Promotions are subject to the following additional terms and conditions:

• Savings of at least 63% off selected EX8208 bundles.
• Save a minimum of $300 on EX2200-24T/P-4G and $600 on EX2200-48T/P-4G.
• Save a minimum of $750 on EX4200-24T/P and $1350 on EX4200-48T/P.
• Offer valid only in the United States, Canada, Caribbean and Latin America (CALA).
• Offer for EX2200 and EX4200 is not applicable in Brazil.
• This Promotion may be withdrawn, modified, canceled, suspended, or amended at any time without notice at the sole discretion of Juniper Networks.
• In the event of a dispute over whether a customer is eligible for this Promotion, the judgment of Juniper Networks shall prevail.
• Juniper reserves the right to bar future program access to any customer that violates the terms of this Promotion. Determination of this status is at the sole discretion of Juniper Networks.
• Program is void where prohibited by law or company policy. Juniper Networks will not be held liable if the Promotion issued is in violation of specific company policies or local country laws.
• The minimum discounts or savings amounts specified under this Promotion are based on Juniper Networks' Global List Prices, which are based on FCA (Manufacturer's premises or Juniper Networks-designated location) (INCOTERMS 2000).
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, or other charges. Customer shall pay for all value added, sales, use, property, ad valorem, and similar taxes; all customs duties, import fees, or similar charges based upon the commercial invoice value of the equipment as determined by Juniper Networks; stamp duties, license fees, and similar costs; and all other mandatory payments to government agencies of whatever kind imposed with respect to products or services provided under this program.
• Customer agrees to comply with the terms of this Promotion and all applicable export laws and restrictions and regulations of the United States and any applicable foreign agency or authority, and not to resell, export, or re-export the equipment or any Software or Embedded Software in violation of this program, any such restrictions, laws or regulations, or without all necessary approvals. Customer shall be liable for damages, penalties, fines or other costs or expenses arising out of any such violations. The version of the Software supplied to customer may contain encryption or other capabilities restricting customer's ability to export the Software without an export license. For purposes of this section, "Software" means the program modules and features of the Juniper Networks or Juniper Networks-supplied software, for which customer has paid the applicable license or support fees to Juniper Networks or an authorized Juniper Networks reseller, or which was embedded by Juniper Networks in equipment which customer purchased from Juniper Networks or an authorized Juniper Networks reseller. "Software" also includes updates, upgrades, and new releases of such software. "Embedded Software" means Software that Juniper Networks has embedded in or loaded onto the Juniper Networks equipment and any updates, upgrades, additions, or replacements that are subsequently embedded in or loaded onto the equipment.
