Orange Business Services and Juniper Networks Receive Innovation Award for High-Performance Advanced Business Services

High Speed Provider Edge Project Converges and Enhances Service Offerings to Orange Business Services Customers

LONDON, August 5, 2009 — Juniper Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: JNPR), the leader in high-performance networking, today announced that Orange Business Services (OBS) and Juniper Networks received the Innovation Award for High-Performance Advanced Business Services at the recent Global Telecom Innovation awards ceremony in London. The award recognizes Orange Business Services and Juniper Networks for the design and delivery of innovative, next-generation IP business services.

Orange Business Services has deployed an innovative range of network services using Juniper Networks M120 Multiservice Edge Routers. The technology provides significant flexibility, operational advantage and enriched IP/VPN offerings to end customers. This has enabled value-added services, including managed security, hosted multimedia services, mobility, and multicast VPN for media and content streaming. The services target large, small and medium enterprises (SME) as well as mobile end users.
