Turkish Bank Creates 77 Node Distributed Enterprise Network to Improve Customer Satisfaction While Lowering Total Cost of Ownership by Up to 55 Percent in Annual Capital Expenditures

(NASDAQ: JNPR), the leader in high-performance networking, today announced that Anadolubank, one of the leading Turkish banks, deployed Juniper's application acceleration, routing and security technologies to create a fast, reliable and secure distributed enterprise network infrastructure for its headquarters and 77 branches. The deployment reduces total cost of ownership by 55 percent in annual capital expenditures, improving staff productivity and streamlining and integrating infrastructure. The solution also enhances the customer experience as a result of faster response times, richer services and improved security.

The Juniper Networks WXC Application Acceleration Platforms were deployed to accelerate the performance of its core banking and branch operations, financial reporting, remote support applications and content delivery to its distributed enterprise. The Juniper Networks SSG Series Secure Services Gateways deliver sophisticated, low latency protection throughout branch locations to meet the bank's compliance requirements. The Juniper Networks M Series Multiservice Edge Routers were deployed to improve Anadolubank's network performance and reliability.
