Juniper Networks Enterprise Solutions Win Multiple Network World Awards
Company's Best-in-Class Secure Services Gateway, Secure Access SSL VPN and Unified Access Control Solutions Receive Honored Recognition
SUNNYVALE, Calif., May 1, 2007 - Juniper Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: JNPR) today announced that the company's high-performance enterprise solutions received multiple awards from Network World. Juniper Networks' high performance infrastructure provides organizations with a responsive and trusted environment for accelerating the deployment of services and applications across a single network.
Juniper Networks' Secure Services Gateway (SSG) received Network World's 2007 "Best of the Test" award in the Unified Threat Management category. Based on lab testing conducted in February 2006, Network World awarded the Juniper Networks SSG security appliance with the prestigious award for its high performance, concurrent firewall/virtual private networking (FW/VPN), robust routing and complete set of UTM security features designed to intelligently integrate best-in-class technologies with customers' existing networks.
"The SSG 520 offers impressive speed, at a relatively low cost, with a software package that more than adequately supports the unified security and routing needs of enterprise branch offices," wrote Network World reviewers.
Juniper Networks' market-leading Secure Access SSL VPN was named as one of the top five "must have" products in the "Fave Raves" reader's choice awards.
