ONStor Fuels Collaboration with Juniper Network's Secure Networking Solutions
Security Appliances Provide Worldwide Real-Time Communications
SUNNYVALE, Calif., March 5, 2007-Juniper Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: JNPR) today announced that ONStor, a leader in enterprise network attached storage (NAS) Gateway solutions, has deployed the Juniper Networks SSL VPN and integrated firewall/IPSec VPN appliances for employee and partner access to information resources world-wide. Leveraging the Juniper Networks SSL VPN with Secure Meeting, ONStor is able to deliver cost-effective remote and extranet access as well as online web conferencing for real-time application sharing among employees, partners, and consultants anytime, anywhere from virtually any Web-enabled device. Additionally, ONStor deployed a variety of Juniper Networks integrated firewall/IPSec VPNs for global site-to-site VPN tunneling between its headquarters and international offices.
"With the Juniper Networks IPSec VPN, I can easily add remote sites on a route-based VPN and switch back to a policy-based VPN as needed. The Juniper Networks SSL VPN makes it easy for ONStor to ensure that the different groups of users, such as employees, contractors and customers, have access to only the resources they need; providing open access while delivering tight security.
