Juniper Networks Federal J-Partner Program Earns Top Honors at Government Solution Summit
Voted Best Federal Channel Strategy and Nominated for Best Government Vendor by Attendees
SUNNYVALE, Calif., December 15, 2005 - Juniper Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: JNPR) today announced that its federal J-Partner Program was named Best Federal Channel Strategy at the Government Solution SummitTM in Bonita Springs, Florida. Additionally, Juniper was nominated for Best Government Vendor. The awards are the only channel awards voted on solely by the attending resellers and solution providers. This year's attendees included more than seventy five of the top federal solution providers.

The federal J-Partner Program is designed to provide alternative best in class IP network and security solutions to federal government channel partners, consisting of systems integrators, resellers, and service providers. J-Partner segments partners into three tiers - Elite, Select and Reseller - with achievement of each tier depending on the Juniper Networks certifications they earn and the solutions in which they specialize. The federal J-Partner Program is by invitation-only and limits participation to systems integrators, resellers and solution providers who add strategic value to the federal end user.
