M-series Routing Platform Singled out for Delivering Solutions That Improve VoIP/IP Telephony

SUNNYVALE, Calif., October 13, 2005 - Juniper Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ:JNPR - News) announced today that Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC)'s INTERNET TELEPHONY® magazine (www.itmag.com) has named Juniper Networks M-series multiservice edge routers as a recipient of an INTERNET TELEPHONY Excellence Award for 2005. Juniper Networks M-series routing platform was recognized for its role in Xspedius Communications' migration to a next generation IP Network.
