Sunnyvale, CA - November 21, 2003—Juniper Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: JNPR) today announced that on November 20, 2003 the Securities and Exchange Commission declared effective its Registration Statement on Form S-3 relating to the resale by selling security holders of its Zero Coupon Convertible Senior Notes due June 15, 2008 (the "Notes"), and the Common Stock issuable upon conversion of the Notes. The Company will not receive any proceeds from the resale of the Notes or the underlying Common Stock.
