Vistorm Appointed As NetScreen Authorised Support Centre in the U.K.

Sunnyvale, CA - November 4, 2003—NetScreen Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: NSCN) today announced that it has signed Vistorm as a NetScreen Authorised Support Centre (N.A.S.C.). With support from NetScreen’s global technical support infrastructure, Vistorm will provide a comprehensive range of technical support packages for its customers deploying NetScreen’s complete range of network security solutions.

As an N.A.S.C., Vistorm is entitled to sell support contracts to its NetScreen customers, offering first- and second-level technical support, including on-site assistance options. To enable its delivery of the support and help solve complex issues should they arise, Vistorm has access to NetScreen’s level-3 technical assistance centre (TAC). N.A.S.C. status also enables Vistorm to leverage next business day direct delivery from NetScreen of spare parts to the eligible customer’s location, to have unlimited access to NetScreen’s support website and its software update/upgrade program.

Gareth Green, vice-president of sales for NetScreen in the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) region, commented: “N.A.S.C.s, such as Vistorm, are able to provide their customers with a single, fully authorised point of contact for both NetScreen product and technical support. This ensures that customers receive top-quality technical support in a localised format, and can therefore optimise their investment in a NetScreen solution by maximizing network security up-time and efficacy.”
